Member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2016 Vlad Tobă graduated the Faculty of Law at Bucharest`s University. 

He also holds Master's degrees in "Public Procurement, Concessions, and Public-Private Partnerships," as well as in "Business Law," both from Titu Maiorescu University.

Benefiting also of two years of experience in central public administration, Vlad Tobă has represented and assisted both Romanian and foreign individuals and corporations in high-profile litigations, appearing before national courts as well as before the Court of Justice of the European Union. He leads the criminal and commercial litigation practice and is involved in all ongoing projects which could benefit of his experience.

His experience as a litigation attorney includes, among others, representation in civil cases, including the defense of non-material rights, criminal law, commercial law, as well as other subdivisions of these fields, administrative law, and electoral law.
